Meridian Co. started in 2011 with a simple idea: that local businesses deserve the same quality of support that larger organisations take for granted. Founder Rachel Adeyemi had spent ten years working in operations and client management for regional firms, and kept seeing the same problem — great businesses struggling because they didn't have access to the right expertise at the right time.

What began as a one-person consultancy quickly grew into a small but tightly-knit team. We deliberately kept things lean — not because we can't grow, but because we believe the quality of attention matters more than the size of the roster. Every client gets a named point of contact who knows their business and is genuinely invested in their progress.

Today, Meridian Co. works with over 60 businesses across the South West, spanning trades, wellness, hospitality, professional services, and retail. The problems change, but our approach doesn't: listen first, advise honestly, act decisively.
